  1. I am a pesto making fool, always looking to improve my favorite. And, I make pasta homemade every week. I HAVE to try the white wine addition. My grandfather was from Genoa, so I must try it this way. Such good information,and whoever is eating that pesto dish…what a great sell.

    Basil can get very strong come mid-summer (especially if you see those yellow flowers). I’m hoping that soaking it will do the trick.
