
Chef Bryant Terry’s new cookbook, “Vegan Soul Kitchen: Fresh, Healthy and Creative African American Cuisine” has just been released and promises to be a must have for health conscious cooks. He describes himself as an “eco chef” and hangs out with Alice Waters. There’s an incredible range of dishes from Succotash Soup to Jamaican Veggie Patties. Published March 2, 2009.
